This is a Dark MMMM Mpreg Omegaverse which means Alpha, Beta, Omega dynamics, several dark themes, and four beautiful men sharing a relationship with each other. There are also faint themes of a dom/sub relationship, but I’ll be honest with you, the dom turned into a total cinnamon roll.
